Location: In-Office
Reports To: General Manager
Compensation: $25.43/hour + $5.55/hour fringe benefits
Schedule: Approximately 21 hours/week
Position Summary
This position functions primarily as an administrative and clerical support role assisting club leadership with marketing coordination, communication efforts, event support, and guest engagement initiatives. The role supports execution of club-level communications and administrative projects while ensuring consistency across digital and printed materials.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with social media scheduling and communication coordination
Support email communications and website updates
Create flyers, signage, and promotional materials
Assist with event and tournament communications
Maintain digital information and online business listings
Provide administrative support for club marketing initiatives
Coordinate schedules, updates, and internal communication projects
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with office software, social media, or design platforms preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Hospitality, golf, or event-related experience preferred but not required
Education and Experience
Some college or better.
1–3 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, marketing support, communications, hospitality, or related fields preferred. Experience with social media coordination, email communication, customer service, or event support is a plus. Hospitality, golf, or event-related experience preferred but not required.
