Responsibilities
Actively contribute to:

Ad angles, hooks, and offers (not just overseeing)

Email/SMS strategy and flows

Identify and execute high-impact revenue levers:

AOV increases

Conversion rate improvements

LTV expansion

Test rapidly and iterate based on real performance data (not theory)

Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Personally scaled at least one (ideally multiple) Shopify DTC brand from $0 to $100K+/month in revenue

Direct ownership of strategy and execution (not just managing a team or reporting)

Deep understanding of full funnel growth:

On-site conversion optimization (PDP, bundles, upsells, AOV)

Able to clearly break down:

What you tested

What worked/didn’t

How they scaled profitably (not just revenue)
