We are looking for an Account Executive on our Affiliate Influencer team! The Account Executive owns the execution of day‑to‑day tasks for affiliate influencer clients, serving as a key client‑facing liaison. They are responsible for managing client and creator relationships, identifying brand‑aligned creators to drive content and execute influencer strategies across accounts. This role leads daily and weekly client and creator outreach, ensuring seamless communication, effective strategy execution, and performance management.
Responsibilities
Source and identify aligned creators for a variety of clients and account needs
Utilize and navigate platforms such as TikTok Shop, CreatorIQ, ShopMy, LTK, Superfiliate and Impact Creator
Lead exploration, testing, and integration of new affiliate influencer platforms to drive innovation and performance
Manage influencer communications to drive content creation through affiliate and product gifting incentivisation
Communicate with clients, creators, and publishers via email, video calls, and in‑person meetings
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the influencer and affiliate landscape
Identify industry trends and provide strategic recommendations based on performance and market movement
Monitor day‑to‑day affiliate activities and respond to inbound inquiries
Guide, review, and approve creator content to drive campaign success
Manage creator communications through email and platform messaging
Track influencer content/posting to campaign goals; suggest strategic pivots in real time to ensure team meets client goals & expectations
Stay current with influencer and affiliate marketing trends, emerging partners, and platform updates

Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ) to support clients managing influencer relations through the program
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
2-4 years of in-house e‑commerce or agency experience, with a focus in affiliate, influencer, ecomm or a similar field
Exceptional planning and project management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently across client and creator relationships, and internal initiatives
