Job Purpose
We are looking for an Ad Sales Marketing Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team and help shape how Hodinkee is positioned in the marketplace. This role is equal parts strategist, storyteller, creative thinker, and commercial operator. The ideal candidate understands how to craft narratives that resonate with modern marketers while helping our sales organization develop smarter, more effective partnership programs. This individual will play a critical role in shaping market positioning, developing sales narratives, supporting revenue growth, and translating the full Hodinkee ecosystem into compelling commercial opportunities for advertisers and partners.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a clear, differentiated market narrative for Hodinkee across sales, marketing, and external communications

Translate complex capabilities, audience insights, first-party data, dynamic targeting, and broader advertising ecosystem trends into clear and compelling messaging

Craft strategic narratives that help advertisers understand how to authentically activate within the Hodinkee ecosystem

Ensure consistency across all sales materials, external communications, presentations, and marketing touchpoints

Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback, client conversations, objections, and sales performance

Serve as a core strategic partner to the Brand Partnerships sales team throughout the pre‑sales process

Build compelling marketing presentations, custom partnership decks, case studies, and go‑to‑market materials

Translate early‑stage ideas from sales or leadership conversations into fully developed partnership concepts and activation plans

Contribute directly to pipeline acceleration and revenue growth through stronger positioning and commercial storytelling

Analyze past and current partnership programs and proactively recommend new packaging ideas, sponsorship opportunities, and creative approaches

Partner closely with sales team to strengthen onboarding, communication, and long‑term advertiser engagement

Identify opportunities for upsell and cross‑sell through stronger positioning and strategic storytelling

Translate campaign performance and partnership outcomes into compelling client‑facing narratives and success stories

Help shape how Hodinkee communicates value throughout the full advertiser lifecycle

Help elevate Hodinkee’s visibility and credibility across agencies, brands, luxury marketers, and strategic partners

Support thought leadership initiatives that reinforce Hodinkee’s position within the luxury and enthusiast media landscape

Stay informed on industry trends across media, luxury, advertising, technology, and consumer behavior

Help define and execute a social media strategy focused on credibility, insights, storytelling, and engagement rather than volume

Maintain consistency of messaging and positioning across decks, materials, social channels, and external communications

Support the ongoing evolution of Hodinkee’s commercial positioning and brand presence in the marketplace

Work closely with Editorial, Creative, Social, Video, Commerce, Product, and Events teams to understand platform capabilities and advertiser opportunities

Quickly develop a deep understanding of how Hodinkee operates, the programs we sell, and how partners activate within our worlds

Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in sales marketing, integrated marketing, commercial strategy, sales enablement, media partnerships, or ad tech

Proven ability to influence revenue growth through positioning, storytelling, and sales support

Exceptional presentation and deck‑building skills with proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides

Strong understanding of how‑to craft narratives that resonate with advertisers, agencies, and marketers

Experience working closely with sales and client‑facing teams in a fast‑paced environment

Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on within a lean organization

Strong communication, organizational, and cross‑functional collaboration skills

Ability to quickly absorb information and translate business capabilities into compelling market‑facing opportunities

Experience in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, media, or enthusiast‑driven brands is highly preferred

Passion for watches, collecting culture, luxury consumers, or premium storytelling is a strong plus

Salary: $115,000.00
