NSC Staffing is currently hiring for Inside Sales Reps in Tulsa, OK. Inside Sales Representatives Location: Tulsa Pay: $20 hr - $24 hr DOE (potential commission upon full-time, permanent employment) Shift: 1st 8a - 5p (M-F)
Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative that is highly self-motivated and who is passionate about safety products and the importance of keeping the work force safe while they are on the job. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling quality personal protective equipment to businesses and to assigned customers in a competitive market and be responsible for learning, promoting, marketing, and selling our branded products. Must be willing to prospect and find new opportunities and grow existing customer accounts. Must be a team-oriented individual with a desire for personal achievement, have a competitive personality and have strong closing skills. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships, generating and growing sales and sales gross profit from customers. Previous sales experience, negotiating, closing, and account management is a must for this position.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business by making outbound phone calls
Overcome sales objections by offering solutions
Negotiate selling price to increase margins
Communicate clearly
Build instant rapport
Understand customers and prospects, and identify their needs to create sales opportunities
Ask for orders
Closing sales and achieving sales targets
To upsell products and services
