Performance Associate – Title Distribution & Promotion

Position Overview

As a Performance Associate in the Product Merchandising organization, you will drive the day‑to‑day management of Title Distribution & Promotion tooling and perform custom global analyses to inform title promotion, product behavior, and merchandising strategies. Your work will help shape how Netflix tells a title’s promotional story at scale.
Responsibilities

Work with the performance lead to develop long‑term roadmaps for internal and stakeholder‑facing title promotional dashboards and drive execution with data science teams.
Collaborate with local and functional teams to incorporate feedback on self‑service tooling for Product Merchandising.
Partner with local and functional analysts to provide insights on promotional activities, member behavior, and effectiveness of merchandising strategies.
Develop experimentation frameworks for merchandising teams on new transformational ideas.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert and primary point of contact for promotional data, supporting core merchandising teams.
Act as a connector and liaison across different regions.
Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in analytical and insight roles, preferably in Product or Content teams.
Demonstrated storytelling skills with data analysis (visual slides, memos, synthesis of quantitative and qualitative insights).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience developing roadmaps and executing plans on self‑service tools.
Self‑starter who can work independently.
Genuine interest and curiosity about Netflix’s business, product, content, and the entertainment industry.
Bachelor’s degree required; a background in SQL preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $300,000.00 annually.
