Your Responsibilities
Identify and attract potential healthcare candidates through our unique platform and your personal network
Initiate contact with candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening
Follow up diligently with leads to sustain interest and ease their hiring journey
Maintain precise and current documentation in our applicant tracking system
Earn commission based on the appointments you set, interviews that take place, and successful hires that trace back to your referrals
