The mission of the Brand Partnership Studio is to empower brands to authentically engage live communities on Twitch. Reporting to the Creative Strategy Lead, US, the Creative Strategist will be a key player contributing to the Brand Partnership Studio mission within the Santa Monica office. You will guide brands on how to best leverage Twitch, the gaming industry, and live streaming technology to reach customers in a meaningful way.
The Brand Partnership Studio brings streamers visibility and value across Twitch and Amazon through strategic brand partnerships. We enable brands to win in the creator economy by delivering what their target audiences and Twitch viewers want—programs that harness Twitch streamers and community behaviors with compelling content and tech.
Key Job Responsibilities
Respond to client RFPs with compelling proposals that serve the brand’s needs while leveraging the best of Twitch’s platform, products, and talent.
Attend client meetings, pitches, and collaborative work sessions to translate, educate, and evangelize Twitch to our advertising clients.
Help articulate high‑concept ideas and proposals to sellers, media agencies, and clients to ensure they’re effectively communicated.
Conceptualize campaigns in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while juggling multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
Help identify advertiser vertical needs and content gaps, contributing to the creation of proactive packages to address them.
Ensure that all concepts delivered meet Amazon's bar‑raising standard.
Day in the Life
Reporting to the Creative Strategy Lead, US, the Creative Strategist will be a key player contributing to the Brand Partnership Studio mission within the Santa Monica or New York offices. He or she will guide brands on how to best leverage Twitch streamers, the gaming industry, and live streaming technology to reach customers in a meaningful way.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
4+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in‑house creative team experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery.
Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives.
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines.
Experience developing cross‑functional relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions.
Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions.
Experience with the Twitch platform and Twitch advertising experience.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 – $163,000.00 annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) matching program, paid time off, and parental leave.
