Key Responsibilities
Design, socialize, and drive multi-year growth strategies across the portfolio; align executives on ambition, investment, and a practical change roadmap.
Nurture trusted, resilient C-suite relationships; lead strategic touchpoints, formal account reviews, analyze churn drivers, and implement preventive actions.
Oversee and elevate integrated planning across multiple accounts; standardize planning frameworks (audience strategy, channel mix, investment scenarios, pacing) and engage strategic planning for complex governance needs.
Review, strengthen, and pressure-test director-level plans; fine-tune investment levels, channel roles, forecasting assumptions, and trade-offs while partnering with analytics, channel, and creative teams for feasibility and measurement alignment.
Lead or co-present senior-level planning presentations and major pitches with business development to shape stories, solutions, and value propositions.
Product‑Led – evangelize the Bliss Point App Suite and a product‑first operating model; set portfolio adoption, quality, and usage standards linked to retention and efficiency.
Operate the feedback loop with Product; consolidate client needs, prioritize systemic issues, sponsor automation and operating‑model improvements, and influence the roadmap with VP and product leaders.
Coach leaders to use App Suite insights in executive conversations; institutionalize narrative quality across teams.
Data & Measurement‑Driven – challenge and evolve measurement approaches (MMM, incrementality, attribution); align executives on investment cases, risk/return profiles, and clear success thresholds.
Make analytics and planning readable and repeatable; set consistent goals, cadence for readouts, and clear documentation of assumptions, risks, and decisions.
Oversee high‑severity data and measurement escalations; ensure QA governance; partner with analytics leadership to advance methods and upskill leaders.
Lead client education initiatives to elevate measurement, product, and channel literacy; set portfolio-wide best practices.
Build a high‑trust leadership culture that performs through ambiguity and change; evangelize meritocracy and accountability.
Shape cross-sell and portfolio growth strategy; lead strategic pursuits and sponsor transformational initiatives to improve client and business outcomes.
Build durable partnerships with Product, Analytics, Finance, and I&G; partner with centralized Ops/Finance on delivery quality, pricing accuracy, staffing alignment, and forecast reliability.
Build and scale a strong leadership bench; ensure succession readiness and sustained engagement; hold senior leaders accountable to performance, values, and development.
Professional & Technical Qualifications
12+ years leading multi-million-dollar client engagements in performance marketing; repeated success driving growth and efficiency at enterprise scale.
6+ years people leadership (managing managers and ICs): hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
Executive relationship leadership and change management; expert communication, expectation setting, and complex alignment.
Cross-channel literacy across Search, Social, Display/TV & Audio, Commerce/Retail Media, Lifecycle/CRM, Creative with strong measurement acumen.
Bliss Point fluency or similar custom reporting platforms; translate insights into investment and testing decisions; partner with product and analytics.
Financial fluency via partnership: read and interpret margin/utilization, pricing constructs, staffing signals, and forecasts; hold Ops/Finance accountable.
Education: BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience; public speaking/thought leadership a plus.

Salary: $150,000‑$175,000 plus incentive pay program (RevShare) and discretionary annual bonus.
