AMiche Talent Connect is partnering with a global, industrial organization seeking a strategic and results-driven commercial leader to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen relationships with key customers across the business.

This Senior Director, Commercial Growth & Key Accounts role is a highly visible leadership opportunity focused on leading strategic growth initiatives while overseeing a high-performing Key Account Management function.

  • Drive business development and market expansion initiatives
  • Identify and execute strategic growth opportunities
  • Lead major commercial projects and customer initiatives
  • Manage and develop the Key Account Management team
  • Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships
  • Lead complex negotiations and commercial agreements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, and Sales teams to execute growth strategies

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, key account management, or sales leadership
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and strategic customer engagement
  • Strong leadership and team development experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen
  • Experience in complex or PE-backed environments preferred
