This Senior Director, Commercial Growth & Key Accounts role is a highly visible leadership opportunity focused on leading strategic growth initiatives while overseeing a high-performing Key Account Management function.
- Drive business development and market expansion initiatives
- Identify and execute strategic growth opportunities
- Lead major commercial projects and customer initiatives
- Manage and develop the Key Account Management team
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships
- Lead complex negotiations and commercial agreements
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, and Sales teams to execute growth strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, key account management, or sales leadership
- Proven success driving revenue growth and strategic customer engagement
- Strong leadership and team development experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen
- Experience in complex or PE-backed environments preferred
