Position: HCP Marketing Manager, Hepatology
Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of US HCP marketing plans for a hepatology launch, focusing on promotional tactics to drive brand awareness and adoption (e.g., leave-behinds, emails, e-Detail aids).
Develop and execute implementation strategy, including field and/or digital promotional materials to support execution.
Create and deliver field engagement plans and campaign training to provide direction and rationale so customer-facing teams can effectively engage customers.
Plan and enable holistic customer experiences tailored to customer segments and specialties.
Strategically personalize product and educational messaging using learnings from market research, data analysis, and insight generation; set campaign performance targets and optimize.
Lead cross-functional teams (internal and external, including agencies/project teams) to drive synchronized, timely launch execution aligned to brand strategy; set briefs, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Develop relationships and work across stakeholders (Brand & Sales Leaders, Market Access, Medical, Marketing Directors, Legal/Regulatory).
Partner with marketing Directors to ensure tactics align with brand strategies and objectives.
Measure, track, and optimize performance of key tactics.
Ensure all promotional materials meet applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
5+ years U.S. pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience, preferably specialty or hepatology.
Experience developing integrated HCP and patient marketing plans.
Proven experience managing external agencies and cross-functional project teams.
Strong written/verbal communication skills; experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
Hybrid work model with at least 2 days/week in the U.S. office; domestic travel up to 20% as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree).
HCP marketing experience.
Experience with launch planning/leading brand launches.
Project management experience handling multiple projects.
Interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships.
Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, strategic thinking, problem-solving, learning agility, and communication skills.
Experience distilling insights from primary/secondary market research.
Strong analytical skills; ability to apply data/insights to decision-making.
Budget management experience.
Pharma implementation experience, including copy approval.
Experience working with selling teams.
