As a Senior Specialist, TV, Video, Audio & Display (TVAD), you will launch and improve TV, video, audio, and display campaigns to grow new customers and revenue while keeping efficiency on track.
Key Responsibilities

Client‑Centric: Prepare accurate, on‑time updates and contribute to QBR inputs; explain results and next steps in plain language tied to goals (reach, CAC/CPx, revenue/LTV).
The Tinuiti Way: Apply solid TVAD craft aligned with Tinuiti Way (audience/data sources, inventory quality, frequency/overlap control, attention/quality); document simple “how‑to” guides for reuse.
Product‑Led: Run small, safe pilots and monitor results before scaling; use team‑shared Bliss Point signals (Always‑On Incrementality, Brand/Creative/Customer Insights) to guide day‑to‑day optimizations; log issues and feedback for Product/Analytics partners.
Data & Measurement‑Driven: Monitor performance daily/weekly; build accurate recurring reports; run basic A/Bs (or simple holdouts) with predefined success criteria; advocate for Tinuiti’s measurement and attribution framework; support data/ops quality with checklists.
Owner Mindset: Manage a clear work queue; deliver on time; reduce rework and non‑converting spend; move fast, cut waste, and own results end‑to‑end.
Professional & Technical Qualifications

3–5+ years running TV/video/audio/display campaigns with hands‑on builds, launches, pacing, and optimizations; or 3–5+ years in analytical roles (finance/consulting) with strong media analytics exposure.
Comfortable with GA4 and platform analytics; turn data into clear next steps and simple forecasts; SQL a plus.
Familiar with testing basics (A/B, incrementality/lift at a high level) and statistical significance.
Strong communication: clear writing and presenting; effective partner to broader team and confident on weekly client calls with limited oversight.
Hiring Salary Range

Hiring salary range is $70,000 - $80,000. Incentive pay includes a RevShare monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
