Position Summary

The Executive Relationship Manager (Executive RM) is the face of the Workplace for high-net-worth executives, providing white glove service and support to retain and grow relationships, delivering full value of Morgan Stanley through advisory solutions, managed money, banking & lending, and fixed income.
Responsibilities

Demonstrate vast knowledge of equity compensation and wealth management value proposition.
Formulate and deliver solutions for executives’ inquiries, from foundational education to complex transactions.
Establish relationships and identify business development opportunities with corporate clients.
Manage high‑value participants (domestic and international) with complex equity plans on Shareworks and Equity Edge.
Educate participants on 10b5‑1 plans.
Identify opportunities to maximize all Morgan Stanley products and services.
Act as a liaison to internal support teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Mitigate risk in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Effectively manage high volumes of client interactions with strong organizational skills.
Minimum Qualifications

At least 2 years of client service experience.
FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) and ability to register in all states and territories.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in relationship management, stock plan services, or premium services in financial services.
At least 1 year of stock plan experience.
Professional experience establishing relationships with executives and corporate clients.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Thorough understanding of securities industry: equity, margin, option trading.
Calm, professional, and composed in a volatile business environment.
Passionate about exceeding client expectations with exceptional oral and written communication.
Independent decision‑making skills to manage and resolve issues.
Objective understanding of participants’ financial needs and delivery of Morgan Stanley value.
