Own TG’s Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a cohesive marketing plan that drives qualified leads and supports revenue growth. Align brand messaging, integrate marketing channels, and develop strategic campaigns around current business priorities.
Drive Demand Generation Across Channels: Plan and manage campaigns across our core services: paid media, organic search and website design. Ensure efforts are coordinated, intentional, and focused on conversion.
Lead Paid Social Performance: Take the lead on TG’s paid social media strategy, with hands‑on experience in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads as a strong advantage.
Translate Strategy Into Action: Move quickly from planning to execution, focusing on speed-to-impact. Launch campaigns, develop content, and refine tactics based on performance. Prioritize what works and scrap what doesn’t.
Measure What Matters: Track performance against meaningful KPIs tied to SQLs and revenue. Report clearly on what’s working, what’s not, and what’s queued up next.
Identify and Act on Opportunities: Evaluate competitors, industry trends, and market shifts to bring forward new ideas. Recommend and test new ways to capture demand and improve conversion.
Collaborate Across the Organization: Work closely with leadership, sales, and delivery teams to ensure marketing is aligned with what we sell, how we get work done, and where we’re growing next.
What Sets You Up for Success

Proven experience owning or leading marketing efforts, ideally in a B2B or agency environment
Strong understanding of demand generation and full‑funnel marketing strategy
Experience generating qualified leads for service‑based or B2B businesses
Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing strategy and demand generation
Ability to balance strategy and execution without losing momentum
Bias toward action, testing, and continuous improvement
Clear communication skills and ability to influence across teams
Ability to plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns across paid, organic, and email
Experience with Social Media, with particular strength in paid social and social media strategy
Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads
Comfort working with data and tying marketing performance to business outcomes
