We are looking for a data-driven Web Analyst to join our remote team.

Our platform processes millions of searches and user interactions across multiple stages of the customer journey. You will help us better understand user behavior, improve conversion performance, and support data-driven decision-making across marketing, product, and engineering teams.

What you will be doing:

Setting up and managing tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4

Analyzing user behavior across search and conversion funnels

Identifying friction points and optimization opportunities

Designing and monitoring A/B tests for landing pages and product features

Building automated dashboards and reports

Collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams

Requirements:

Strong experience with GA4, GTM, and BigQuery

Solid SQL knowledge

Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights

Familiarity with CRO frameworks and experimentation best practices

Nice to have:

Experience working with high-traffic web platforms

Experience with subscription-based products

Understanding of user acquisition and retention metrics
