Role Overview
Responsible for driving execution of regional Sales Ops strategies, processes, and programs in partnership with sales leadership for the US and Canada sales region for Netflix Ads.
Responsibilities
Build and iterate on sales go‑to‑market strategies including customer and product segmentation, headcount planning, sales org design, and territory design.
Own regional sales operations processes in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning, and monthly business reviews.
Analyze sales performance and derive insights from large data sets across revenue, pipeline, product, and sales process.
Define, build, and maintain sales inputs, forecasting, and pipeline management for the UCAN advertising business.
Work with cross‑functional partners (Market Activation, Finance & Strategy, HR, Business Operations) to deliver Ads‑wide projects and represent Sales requirements.
Facilitate and guide the rollout of new sales programs and processes with sales teams to drive better efficiency.
Manage sales data in the CRM system and provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance.
Support exploration of new strategic opportunities to inform the business roadmap.
Build monthly and quarterly review decks for senior consumption.
Lead discussions on business performance and state of business.
Bring thought leadership to continuously evolve KPIs and metrics.
Qualifications
8‑10 years of experience in advertising or related fields; experience in Sales Operations.
Owned sales stakeholder relationships with Head of Country/Region, Senior Director level agencies and/or clients.
Familiarity with digital advertising landscape and agency/client‑direct advertising sales models.
Advanced spreadsheet skills (mandatory); SQL and data analytics skills (nice to have).
Passion for automation, scale, bias for action, and ability to drive and influence decisions without reporting lines.
Strong collaboration skills and appreciation of diverse perspectives.
Knowledge of advertising landscape, media channels, methods of buying, and programmatic buying.
Data‑driven operator, objective with facts.
Track record of creativity, innovation, and implementing better approaches.
Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects efficiently.
Compensation
Annual salary only. Compensation range for this role is $220,000.00–$350,000.00.
