Senior Strategist, TV, Video, Audio & Display (TVAD)

Lead full‑funnel strategy for TV, video, audio, and display to drive growth, new customers, revenue, and lifetime value while maintaining efficiency.
Responsibilities

Translate audience, inventory, and performance signals into clear strategic decisions and scalable optimizations.
Develop and execute growth‑focused TVAD plans (CTV/OTT, linear, programmatic display, online video, digital audio/podcasts) with defined trade‑offs and decision thresholds.
Lead senior‑stakeholder communications, including updates, QBRs, and steering committee presentations.
Integrate TVAD with Search, Social, Commerce/Retail, CRM, and Creative to create integrated business impact.
Codify reusable playbooks and measurement approaches that demonstrate lift across channels.
Operate the full optimization cycle: strategy, pacing, frequency/overlap control, quality filtering, and verification.
Use Bliss Point insights (forecasting, incrementality, brand/creative/customer) to guide budgeting and innovation.
Design and run high‑impact experiments (geo, lift, holdout, A/B, time‑series) with defined success thresholds.
Advocate for Tinuiti’s measurement and attribution framework with internal and external clients.
Maintain data integrity and operational health for TVAD initiatives.
Exercise ownership mindset: make decisions that maximize client outcomes within guardrails, forecast impact, track results, and implement fast course‑corrections.
Identify and pilot new opportunities, scale proven pilots, and document playbooks while minimizing waste.
Qualifications

7+ years managing TV/video/audio/display at scale, or 5–7 years in analytical roles with strong media analytics exposure.
Hands‑on experience with DSPs/ad platforms, ad‑server workflows, verification, audience/data usage, and frequency/overlap management.
Experience with YouTube a plus.
Proficient in incrementality/lift testing, powered A/Bs, time‑series, and forecasting.
Ability to connect media spend to revenue, CAC, LTV, and incremental reach.
SQL familiarity a plus.
Executive‑ready storytelling and expectation management; strong client communication skills.
BA/BS required; MBA or platform/verification certifications a plus.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 USD.
Incentive pay: Monthly RevShare opportunity and discretionary annual bonus.
