We’re partnering with a well-established luxury residential remodeling company in Northeast Pennsylvania that is growing its design team.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Residential Interior Designer who enjoys working directly with homeowners and wants to focus on design, client relationships, and project ownership — without the pressure of cold calling or prospecting.
Responsibilities
Lead homeowners through the remodeling design process
Design kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home remodels
Guide clients through cabinetry, tile, flooring, countertops, and finish selections
Collaborate with cabinetry designers, drafting teams, and production staff
Manage projects from design handoff through final close
Help homeowners confidently move forward with high-end remodeling investments
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of residential interior design experience
Strong kitchen, bath, and remodeling design background
Comfortable leading client-facing meetings and relationship management
Experience with drafting/design software (20/20, ProKitchen, AutoCAD, Chief Architect, or similar)
Organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple active projects
Consultative communication style with strong interpersonal skills
Nice to Have:
Kitchen cabinetry design experience
Exterior remodeling design experience (windows, doors, siding, decks)
BuilderTrend or CRM experience
Design-build industry experience
$80K–$100K base salary + commissions + profit sharing
Total compensation potential: $100K–$300K+ annually
