Paid Social Strategist (West Coast Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Client‑Centric: Turn business goals into a clear Paid Social plan across prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty. Set expectations with clients, explain options and trade‑offs, and report results in plain language tied to business impact.
Educate and document: Pair strong Paid Social craft (creative + audience + signal) with growing multi‑channel understanding (Search, Commerce, CRM, Creative). Teach clients and teammates, and document what works so others can reuse it.
Product‑Led execution: Use platform features and automation to grow results (e.g., Meta Advantage+, value optimization, CAPI; TikTok Smart Performance; Pinterest Performance+). Test small, prove value, then scale. Apply insights from our Bliss Point product suite, including forecasting, always‑on incrementality, creative insights, and brand equity, to guide budgets, tests, and creative/audience bets; share feedback to improve tools.
Data & Measurement‑Driven design: Run practical tests (holdout or lift when possible; otherwise solid A/B tests), define success criteria in advance, and keep a regular reporting cadence. Keep data and tracking healthy (pixel/CAPI, event mapping, UTMs/GA4) and explain limits of the data when recommending changes.
Owner mindset: Act quickly, keep promises, reduce waste (e.g., creative fatigue, overlapping audiences, learning‑phase resets). Help the Pod adopt better ways of working.
Professional & Technical Qualifications

5+ years managing Paid Social across Meta and TikTok; experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, or Reddit is a plus.
Hands‑on with Meta Advantage+/value optimization/CAPI, TikTok Smart Performance, Pinterest Performance+, audience design, creative testing, and basic catalog/DPA.
Technical proficiency with GA4 and platform analytics; capable of designing tests and linking media spend to revenue, CAC, and LTV.
Senior stakeholder‑ready storytelling; influence across functions; strong client‑facing presence.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Growth: More qualified reach, more new customers, higher revenue and LTV from Paid Social.
Creative: Faster test cycles and a higher win rate; less creative fatigue.
Audience & signal: Larger high‑intent audiences; better pixel/CAPI/event health; fewer limited‑learning cases.
Innovation: Regular creative, audience, bidding, and format tests with documented decisions.
Product/AI: Pilot and scale automation and Bliss Point‑guided allocations with proven, incremental impact.
Efficiency: Hold or improve CAC/ROAS while growing profitable volume.
Compensation and Incentive Pay

Hiring salary range: $80,000 – $95,000.
Variable revenue payment opportunity (RevShare) and discretionary annual performance bonus.
