Position Overview
The Content Creator Intern will work directly with our founders and internal team to help conceptualize, film, and support content creation for social media platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. We’re looking for a creative intern who wants real startup experience while helping us scale our content operation.

This role is heavily focused on:

Creative ideation
Social‑first storytelling
Startup content production

Key Responsibilities
Assist with filming content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Collaborate on educational, business, entrepreneurial, and comedic content ideas
Help organize and execute content shoots at our NYC office and surrounding locations
Support social media content strategy and brainstorming sessions
Assist with basic content operations and coordination
Help maintain organized content workflows and creative planning
Support viral short‑form content initiatives and social growth efforts
Participate in startup marketing and branding initiatives
Assist with additional operational or administrative projects when needed

Viral Video Incentive Program
In addition to the monthly stipend, interns will have the opportunity to earn additional performance‑based bonuses for viral content performance.

Videos that achieve major engagement milestones (100K+, 500K+, 1M+ views, etc.) will qualify for additional compensation and incentives based on overall content performance and impact.
