Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for managing, leading, developing, and executing commercial B2B strategies to drive revenue growth for Galderma’s full Aesthetic brand portfolio within their assigned region. This role provides direct management and leadership for a team of Aesthetic Business Managers (ABMs) and partners cross‑functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve regional performance goals.
Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of ABMs, managing B2B sales activities and ensuring sales goals, objectives, and budget are met.
Coach, mentor, and develop ABMs on buy‑and‑bill, direct selling techniques, and market strategies to increase and expand product demand.
Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales plans and forecasts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Analyze regional market trends, competitive insights, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional stakeholders to implement national and regional strategies.
Conduct regular field rides, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to foster accountability and a customer‑focused selling culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and key aesthetic accounts.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor high‑performing ABMs.
Maintain CRM documentation, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management for regional planning and performance tracking.
Participate in company sales meetings, national and regional aesthetic conventions, trade shows, calls, and field rides.
Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all business interactions.
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
Minimum 8+ years of related commercial experience in sales, product/brand management, sales training management, national account management, or similar roles.
Prior injectable aesthetics sales experience highly preferred.
Proven high‑performance track record and people‑management experience.
Strong relational skills, able to build credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and business plans.
Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to integrity, ethics, and compliance.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 40–50% of the time.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: USD 135,000 – 175,000 per year, plus a competitive commission plan.

Other Information

Travel required, 40–50% of the time. Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to perform typical physical functions such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Attendance at company-sponsored meetings and occasional evening or weekend travel may be required.
