We’re hiring at Pitney Bowes, a technology-driven company that provides SaaS shipping solutions, mailing innovation, and financial services. This role is a Remote Territory Sales Executive, based in the LosAngeles, California or LasVegas, Nevada area, responsible for driving growth and success for Presort Services across California, Nevada, and SaltLakeCity, Utah.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business revenue growth through prospecting, managing, and closing new opportunities.
Drive sales for new logos and existing client cross‑sell opportunities.
Sell to a mix of clientele, including company owners and VP‑level contacts.
Present high‑caliber value‑based presentations that illustrate fiscal impact.
Negotiate pricing and contracts, meeting and exceeding quota standards.
Participate in industry networking, such as local Postal Customer Council and Printing Industry Association.
Travel periodically for in‑person meetings, site tours, and client visits.
Partner on client transitions post‑sale with local customer service representatives to maintain a world‑class Net Promoter Score.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred but not mandatory.
5+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
Experience in Postal, Mailing, Lettershop, or Logistics preferred but not mandatory.
3+ years of proven success in prospecting and selling, meeting or exceeding quota.
High initiative, competitive drive, strong work ethic, and proficiency with Salesforce.com (or similar CRM).
Experience with consultative, value‑based selling and successful C‑suite penetration.
Compensation
Base salary range: $100,000 to $115,000 annually, plus uncapped commission. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, and location of work.
