Overview

Fragomen’s Client Services Manager role delivers strategic immigration solutions to a diverse client base, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start‑ups. The role combines client relationship management, project oversight, strategy development, and business development within a global, technology‑enabled framework.
Responsibilities

Lead overall client relationship management, ensuring alignment with client business goals, culture, and timelines.
Facilitate communication across client and practice teams, manage escalations, conduct high‑touch calls, and produce precise client reporting.
Identify opportunities for process efficiencies, propose improvements to immigration policies and programs, and leverage data analytics for business insights.
Partner with clients to develop and execute global immigration strategies, advising on compliance, risk, and workforce trends.
Support business development by entering new opportunities, participating in networking and RFP processes, and representing the firm at events.
Deliver training and knowledge management initiatives, creating presentations on immigration trends and regulatory updates for internal teams and clients.
Supervise and mentor staff, enforce firm standards and policies, and ensure compliance with mandatory training and client protocols.
Qualifications

Preferred MBA or JD.
Minimum eight (8) years’ senior‑level experience in an immigration law firm, corporate immigration function, or consulting firm.
Strong management and client‑service mindset; ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
High emotional intelligence and skill in translating complex subject matter into actionable solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including error‑free documentation and fluent prose.
Proficient with MS Word and Excel; comfort with various computer systems.
Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and lead direct reports.
Attention to detail, strong judgment, and capacity to multitask and spot issues proactively.
Compensation

Salary range: $109,000 – $130,000, reflecting skills, experience, location, and applicable market data.
