Sales Coordinator

Job DetailsJob Location: Louisville - Louisville, KY 40299Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeTravel Percentage: NegligibleJob Shift: DayJob Summary Assist Machine Salesmen and Sales Management with equipment information regarding pricing, specifications, availability, programs, and attachments for their marketing needs. Orchestrate the complete machine order fulfillment process once an order is received.
Job Responsibilities

Price equipment, attachments, and accessories as well as specs and programs.
Research and network with our manufacturers and suppliers to obtain information as needed.
Assemble information in a database and send it out to the sales force.
Process requests for special pricing and discount, and search for the proper equipment and attachments to fulfill the orders.
Champion the order fulfillment process of preparation and delivery of the equipment to the end users.
Communicate the orders to the manufacturers and suppliers, giving instructions on the fulfillment.
Direct branch personnel with machine preparations and contact haulers to deliver the equipment.
Follow up after the sale such as freight and attachment invoices and the reconciliation of the transaction.
Other projects as assigned by Management.
Qualifications

Four-year bachelor’s degree with a major in a business-related field required.
Good understanding of the construction equipment business is not required but would be beneficial.
Must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills and possess good computer skills.
Strong time-management skills.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and haulers.
Ability to successfully pass background & drug screen.
