At Zimmerman Agency, we build travel and tourism campaigns that make people book the trip instead of just dreaming about it. We’re looking for a mid-level copywriter who’s equal parts conceptual thinker and sharp writer, someone who can move fast, switch tones, and keep the bar high.

What you’ll do:

Concept big ideas and campaign platforms with art directors and designers across a variety of travel and tourism brands

Write for everything, including (but not limited to) scripts, radio, taglines, social copy, digital ads, print, OOH, email, and collateral

Develop and maintain brand voices, and know how to flex your tone for different audiences and platforms

Turn strategy and briefs into clear, compelling creative that solves real problems

Present work internally and help sell through ideas with clear, confident storytelling

Manage your own deadlines and keep projects moving, organized, proactive, and reliable

Collaborate tightly with account, strategy, and production teams to get work from idea to launch

What you bring:

2–5 years of copywriting experience at an agency (or similar creative environment)

A portfolio that shows strong campaign thinking, headline craft that’s smart, surprising, and strategically grounded, ranging across channels and tones (playful, inspirational, informative, etc.)

Ability to write short, punchy copy for social and digital and longer-form web, email, or brochure copy when needed

Comfort working fast, taking feedback, and iterating without ego

A naturally curious, hungry, self-starting mindset, always chasing a better line or a smarter angle

Team player attitude. Just good humans who want to do great work.
