E-commerce / Amazon Accounting Specialist

Key Requirements

Strong experience with

Amazon Seller Central

and e-commerce accounting environments
Experience managing

Amazon FBA and FBM operations
Hands‑on experience with

QuickBooks Online (QBO)

and

A2X integration
Management of

accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Revenue, inventory, and bank reconciliations
Experience with

Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and different online marketplaces
Experience handling integrations and interfaces with payment platforms such as

PayPal and Venmo
Experience supporting

B2B sales channels

and multi‑channel e-commerce operations
Financial reporting and month‑end closing processes
Knowledge of

U.S. tax and regulatory requirements
Understanding of

Sales Tax, IRS requirements, compliance processes, and U.S. business regulations
Ability to maintain accurate financial records and support scalable business growth
Experience with Amazon FBA brands and DTC businesses
Background in U.S. e‑commerce accounting and compliance
CPA or related certifications are a plus
