Overview
Hastings High School is seeking a highly qualified candidate to serve as Raider Media Productions Advisor - Fall Season. The advisor leads a student-driven live sports broadcasting program, overseeing the production of athletic events through video, audio, and digital streaming platforms.

Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and supervise students in pre‑production and broadcasting roles (camera, audio, announcing, production). Coordinate event coverage schedules and manage equipment and technology systems. Ensure high-quality, professional broadcasts. Collaborate with Hastings Community Television, athletic coaches, and community partners. Supervise students during events and manage logistics, safety, and media compliance.

Qualifications
Desired experience in educational leadership and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Commitment to developing and maintaining positive relationships between the program and the local community. Reports to the HHS Athletic Director and Principal, who provide overall job objectives and observe performance.

Time Commitment
Estimated time commitment of 15–20 hours per week.

Compensation

$3,000.00 for the fall season 2026‑27 (early August – mid‑November)
