COOK SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL has an IMMEDIATE need for a Junior Media Operations Specialist with CM360 and Paid Media experience

Role Summary
The Media Operations Specialist Contractor will support paid media and advertising operations by executing campaign setup, trafficking, quality assurance, and platform maintenance across multiple AdTech and media buying platforms. This role is highly executional and accuracy-driven, supporting high-volume digital advertising campaigns within the Media Operations function.

Essential Job Functions
Media Operations & Campaign Execution

Create and maintain paid media taxonomies and TV-related coding structures

Generate and manage QR codes used across advertising initiatives

Traffick end to end campaign set-ups within CM360, IAS and other media buying platforms

Execute audience development within applicable advertising platforms and assist with ongoing governance of audiences.

Manage creative and asset expiration timelines

Assist in facilitation of campaign execution related communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Quality Assurance & Campaign Validation

Conduct pre-launch quality assurance across:

Placements

Ads?

Creative assets

Audience targeting

URLs, redirects, and tagging

Perform ongoing QA checks using Looker Studio to ensure default ads are not firing incorrectly

Ensure internal documentation remains aligned with platform configurations within the Google Marketing Platform stack

Platform Monitoring & Technical Support

Monitor multiple advertising platforms to ensure campaigns are pacing correctly and proactively field disapprovals

Support in-platform implementation for upcoming initiatives and new launches

Provide general technical troubleshooting related to campaign setup, ad delivery, and platform behavior

Operational & Team Support

Assist the Media Operations team with research related to trends and updates in the AdTech and advertising space

Assist in the continuous improvement of processes and development of documentation of best practices within the Channel Marketing AdOps scope.

Support ad hoc operational needs related to paid media execution

REQUIREMENTS

2–3 years of relevant experience

in advertising operations, media operations, or a related digital advertising role

Hands-on experience or direct exposure to paid advertising and AdTech platforms is required

Experience must be

advertising-focused

(paid media, ad operations, campaign trafficking); Experience limited to organic social media management as well as SEM efforts (also known as PPC, Paid Search or SEO) does

not

meet role requirements
