Inside Sales Manager - Miami
Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Manager leads and develops a team of Inside Sales Account Managers (ISAMs) to drive revenue growth through outbound phone and digital sales channels. The role oversees team performance, pipeline management, KPI oversight, forecasting accuracy, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize customer acquisition and retention. The manager reports to the Director of Sales and Support, ensuring alignment with a high‑performance, results‑driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Development (60%) – Lead, manage, and mentor 9 ISAM team members; improve individual performance and consistently achieve sales targets.
Directly oversee day‑to‑day sales and strategic activities of designated ISAMs, driving execution against revenue goals and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Sales Performance (40%) – Track KPIs, analyze sales metrics, provide coaching and feedback, improve pipeline quality, conversion rates, and ISAM performance.
Lead qualification, follow‑up, and opportunity management to maintain a healthy sales funnel and deliver accurate forecasts.
Collaborate with marketing, sales leadership, and operations to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
Optimize sales processes and CRM utilization to increase data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Analyze and control expenditures to adhere to budget and maximize return on sales activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 6‑10 years of inside sales or related experience.
2+ years of experience leading or managing a team.
Proven track record managing teams of five or more.
Experience coaching, training, and developing teams.
Skilled in goal‑setting, planning, communication, relationship building, and problem‑solving.
Knowledge of clinical, surgical techniques, aesthetic procedures, and medical terminology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self‑reliant, organized, and able to make solid business decisions.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and engage others in fast‑paced environments.
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms.
Ability to travel as required.
Availability to work longer hours during end‑of‑month, quarter, and year to meet quotas.
