As a Market Coordinator within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Market Coordinator (MC) is a trusted partner to the PNC Private Bank Leadership and Advisor teams. The Market Coordinator partners with leadership and advisor team members to proactively manage their administrative needs. This enables advisor capacity to work more closely with clients by providing essential day-to-day office support, which will help our clients achieve and maintain financial success. The Market Coordinator fulfills responsibilities across all PNC Private Bank disciplines. This role reports directly to the Sales Leader or Functional Leader for their respective location.

Job Description
Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource. Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer implementation plans and related client interactions. Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary. Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed. May serve as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.

Qualifications
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. Listed below are skills, competencies, work experience, education, and required certifications/licensures needed to be successful in this position.
Roles at this level typically require an Associate or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
