PR Manager – Hospitality
The PR Manager runs the brand’s hospitality work. You build the relationships that matter, launch restaurants and hotels, drive reservations through earned media, manage critic visits the way they should be managed, and land covers for the people you represent.
We want someone fluent in hospitality. You carry 5 to 6 accounts, mentor junior staff, and shepherd campaigns from idea to recap. This is not a desk job. You will be in the dining rooms, at the bars, in the lobbies, and at the openings. You build the network because you live in it.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Team
Run day to day operations across 5 to 6 hospitality accounts. Manage and coach a PR Coordinator and assistant. Hold the bar on quality and client alignment.

Events & Activations
Lead concept, production, and follow up for openings, soft launches, chef collabs, takeovers, residencies, pop ups, and press previews. Manage budgets, timelines, run of show, vendors, and logistics.
Content & Cultural Insight
Draft press releases, media alerts, bios, press kits, talking points, and client recaps at a high standard. Track media moves, competitor openings, dining and travel trends, and cultural moments that create pitch angles. Everything should sound like the client, not a template.
