Marketing Manager, PSA EU

We grade, authenticate, vault, and sell millions of record‑setting collectibles and modernize their processes through digitization. Our subsidiaries include PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder. With headquarters in Santa Ana, California and offices across the United States, Canada, Mexico, France, Germany, Japan, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, we are expanding our operations to Europe and launching PSA in Germany.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans for PSA’s overall presence in Europe.
Manage all marketing channels with a strong focus on social and digital, including content creation, community management, and analytics.
Plan and maintain a marketing calendar covering social media, website/App updates, events and card shows, partnerships, and promotions.
Use the full marketing toolkit to drive meaningful growth in the market.
Collaborate with the US and European teams to localize global marketing initiatives for local audiences.
Build and maintain relationships with local community partners, hobby shops, event organizers, and like‑minded brands.
Support the setup and optimization of MarTech tools such as CRM systems and CMS platforms.
Report on market performance and derive insights to inform strategy.
Work up to 25% travel within Europe.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth roles.
Experience managing social media channels such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and live‑streaming platforms.
Hands‑on content creation skills, including scheduling, copy, graphics, and community management.
Strong project management and execution skills.
High analytical skills with the ability to track performance and extract insights.
Comfortable managing both strategy and end‑to‑end execution of marketing programs.
Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Knowledge of the trading card or collectibles space is a strong plus.
Must be authorized to work in the European Union and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: €73,000 – €97,000 per year, based on location, job level, experience, and skill set. The role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation. Additional benefits include flexible working arrangements and a launch‑phase bonus package.
