Experienced Timeshare Sales Executive Hilton Head Island 10k Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview

Sales Executive Trainee at Hilton Head Island Worksite.
Base wage $7.25 per hour plus production pay; 2024 annual pay range $22,333–$695,867.
Sign‑on bonus of $10,000 paid in two installments: $5,000 after 45 days, $5,000 after 6 months.
Start date June 1, 2026. Paid training at $27.50/hr.
Key Responsibilities

Answer Owner questions regarding property use and location amenities.
Make recommendations based on the owner’s background information from discovery.
Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
Fulfill requests regarding pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations and portfolio
etwork info.
Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, notify about promotions, and develop business opportunities (reloads, referrals).
Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to support follow-up opportunities.
Welcome and greet all guests; anticipate and address their needs.
Interact professionally with colleagues and guests; contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications

Must have worked in a sales position in the timeshare industry within the last three years for at least one year.
Available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
Will undergo background and drug screening as required by state and local law.
Must maintain an active, in‑good‑standing professional real‑estate license where mandated by law.
One year of related experience preferred.
