Known for blending creative storytelling with premium product experiences across retail, digital, and eCommerce
Your Background & Expertise:

6–8+ years of design experience within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or top-tier agency environments
A portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste, typography, and conceptual depth
Strong understanding of print production, packaging, and design for physical environments
Experience collaborating with photo and video teams throughout the creative production process
A collaborative communicator who can articulate creative decisions clearly and confidently
What You’ll Be Doing:

Support the Art Director in developing and executing the brand's visual identity across campaigns and brand initiatives
Lead design execution for global campaigns and activations, from concept through final production
Translate creative direction into thoughtful design systems that scale across digital, print, retail, and experiential channels
Develop concept-driven work rooted in strong typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
Contribute to campaign development through casting input, prop styling, wardrobe direction, and visual research
Lead and collaborate with photographers, stylists, and production partners to bring creative concepts to life
Oversee day-to-day design output and maintain a consistent standard of craft and quality across the team
Support shoot preparation and on-set creative execution as needed
