What You’ll Be Doing
Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and social media
Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone screenings
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain recruiting pipelines and candidate tracking systems
Learn how to recruit top performers across sales, operations, marketing, and leadership positions
Human Resources
Assist with employee onboarding and orientation
Help prepare and organize employee documentation
Support new hire training and onboarding processes
Assist with employee engagement and culture initiatives
Learn HR compliance and best practices
People Operations
Track recruiting and hiring metrics
Help build recruiting scorecards and dashboardsAssist with process improvement projects
Support leadership with organizational growth initiatives
Learn how a rapidly growing company scales its people and culture
Who We’re Looking For
Are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
Want to build a long‑term career in HR or Talent Acquisition
Enjoy meeting and connecting with people
Are highly organized and detail‑oriented
Have strong communication skills
Are coachable and eager to learn
Thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Bring positive energy and a strong work ethic every day
