Construo Recruitment is currently recruiting a

Commercial Manager

to join a growing and dynamic Passive Fire Protection (PFP) business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to play a key role in the continued development and success of a specialist contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead commercial operations across all Passive Fire Protection projects

Develop and manage commercial processes from enquiry to project delivery

Produce accurate invoicing, forecasting, and cashflow reports

Support contract management with valuations, materials, and work progress

Monitor and report monthly on CVRs, profitability, and key metrics

Maintain up-to-date Schedules of Rates and pricing databases

Review and improve commercial and operational processes for growth

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers for smooth project delivery

Provide clear communication and regular updates to all stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

Strong background in commercial management within Passive Fire Protection or construction

Excellent understanding of fire strategies, supply chain, and valuation processes

Effective communicator with proven stakeholder management skills

Analytical and detail-oriented with strong reporting abilities

Proactive and positive team player able to drive improvements and efficiencies
