We’re growing and looking for an experienced client-facing event strategist who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results.

The Opportunity
This is more than event execution—this is true partnership with clients.

In this role, you will act as an external event strategist and advisor, working closely with organizations to plan, manage, and elevate their programs from concept through execution. You’ll lead the vision, challenge expectations, and ensure every detail reflects the Bucom standard.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a trusted partner to clients, guiding event strategy and execution

Lead end-to-end planning for high-touch, often global programs

Collaborate with vendors, DMCs, and internal teams to deliver seamless experiences

Drive creative solutions and continuously improve processes (including leveraging AI and new tools)

Ensure every program meets Bucom’s standards for precision, quality, and client satisfaction

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in an agency, third-party, or client-facing event planning role

Proven ability to manage programs where “good enough” isn’t acceptable

A strong sense of ownership and accountability—you treat client success as your own

Strategic mindset with the ability to think ahead, solve problems, and innovate

A collaborative, team-first approach paired with the confidence to lead
