Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technology, or related field (required).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or mechanical systems, with exposure to technology implementation or R&D initiatives.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams or innovation projects.
Familiarity with digital construction and operations tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Procore, or Bluebeam.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and business units.
Knowledge of HVAC, MEP, or prefabrication systems (a plus).
Experience in vendor negotiation and evaluation.
