Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will lead proposal development and presentation support to secure projects across our service lines. The role requires strong time management, familiarity with our services and value propositions, and the ability to present KCI’s qualifications effectively.

Responsibilities

Read RFQ/P documents thoroughly and prepare proposal checklists that list client submission requirements and identify proposal team action items.

Demonstrate experience with a CRM database; experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Unanet (Cosential), or Deltek Vision is preferred.

Demonstrate experience with Adobe InDesign; experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.

Understand the SF 330 / Architect‑Engineer Qualifications process.

Lead pursuit teams at kickoff calls to develop winning strategies, assign responsibilities, and set deadlines.

Prepare presentations and coach technical teams for client interviews.

Track future project leads and update information regularly in the CRM database.

Enter and update personnel and project information in the CRM database to maintain accurate records.

Work with technical project managers and the marketing content/support team to develop comprehensive materials highlighting KCI’s staff and capabilities.

Conduct background research and gather/tailor supporting materials.

Work with the marketing content team to develop high‑impact graphics for proposals and presentations.

Provide quality control review of marketing peer proposals.

Print, assemble, and ship proposals and/or provide electronic submission files as needed.

Coordinate with teaming partners and respond to external requests for proposal information.

DOT proposal experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (preferred).

Experience working within architecture, engineering, construction, environmental, or similar industries.

Pre‑employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based on the position.
