Junior Art Director, Social Media Requirements

Around 2 years of experience

creating

social media content

(max of 5 years) across

TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Strong portfolio showcasing

published, real-world social content

with clear

execution and decision-making ownership

Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(required); familiarity with

Figma

is a plus

Strong foundation in

graphic design ,

visual composition , and

social content creation

Experience translating

creative direction

into

platform-specific executions

Understanding of

social trends ,

formats , and

audience behaviors

Ability to manage

multiple projects

in a

fast-paced, collaborative environment

Comfortable working on

photo and video shoots

(2–3 days per week)

Strong

collaboration skills , with openness to feedback and cross-functional input

Junior Art Director, Social Media Duties

Design and produce

social-first creative assets

for

organic and paid campaigns

across key platforms

Contribute to the

concepting and execution

of

engaging, platform-native content

aligned to campaign goals

Collaborate with

designers, copywriters, videographers, photographers, and strategists

to deliver cohesive storytelling

Support

art direction

for

photo and video shoots , including

pre-production planning

and

on-set assistance

Create

visually compelling designs

that align with

brand guidelines

and platform best practices

Assist in developing

social playbooks , including

templates, visual directions, and content frameworks

Monitor and apply

emerging trends ,

formats , and

cultural moments

to enhance content relevance

Partner with

creators and influencers

to support

authentic content execution

Ensure consistency across

visuals, messaging, and brand expression

in all outputs

Balance

multiple assignments

while maintaining high standards of

creative quality and accuracy
