The Sales + Marketing Coordinator plays a key part in how Signature Windows + Doors shows up every day. You're often the first voice a client hears when they call — answering inquiries, qualifying leads.
Beyond handling inquiries, you support the Director of Business Development across the full scope of sales and marketing work. On the sales side, that means maintaining CRM data, pulling reports, and keeping the pipeline organized. On the marketing side, it means executing social media, producing branded collateral, coordinating photography and client gifting, and supporting events for clients, architects, and builders. You'll also track manufacturer co‑op funds and help document the systems that keep the team running. It's a varied role with a lot of moving parts — well‑suited to someone who likes owning the details and seeing the day‑to‑day run smoothly.

Lead Qualification: Receive and qualify inbound leads
CRM Integrity: Own data accuracy and pipeline hygiene within Copper CRM
Business Intelligence: Compile reports from Copper CRM and Marvin data
Preliminary Estimating: Provide rapid, early‑stage project estimates for initial qualification
Sample Coordination: Order job‑specific product samples for active projects
Marketing & Brand Logistics
Social Media Execution: Manage and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Google My Business
Collateral & Brand Assets: Create on‑brand company collateral and manage corporate email signatures via WiseStamp
Photography Management: Organize professional project photography in shared drive
Client Experience: Coordinate strategic client appreciation and holiday gifting
Website Support: Liaise with website development team on updates and content
Events & Systems Support
Event Coordination: Support logistics, catering, and setups for client functions and internal team meetings
Process Documentation: Design, build, and maintain documents as requested
Co‑Op Administration: Track and submit manufacturer reimbursement funds (e.g., Marvin GDP)
Product & Market Expertise
Develop a strong working knowledge of our luxury product offerings and target market
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in a coordinator, marketing, operations, or client‑facing support role. Background or genuine interest in residential construction, architecture, or interior design strongly preferred
Communication: Strong phone presence and professional written and verbal communication. Comfortable as a first point of contact for clients.
Technical Aptitude: Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite. Experience with a CRM (Copper, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) required
Design & Tools: Experience with Canva and social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business Profile). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Core Skills: Highly detail‑oriented with strong project management and writing skills, and the ability to navigate complex client scenarios professionally
Compensation: $60K to $75K base salary for candidates with directly applicable experience. Starting rate for candidates building into the role will be discussed individually
