Role

Blackstone is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Insights. This is a global role that will be instrumental in driving the delivery of actionable insights to the firm as its commercial audiences expand.
Responsibilities

Global Insights Leadership: develop and execute a global insights strategy aligned with business goals; oversee insights collection, analysis, and dissemination across regions and business units; lead a team of insights professionals; ensure data integrity, accuracy, and relevance in reporting.
Integration of Analytics Programs: consolidate disparate analytics programs into a unified insights function; facilitate cross‑functional collaboration; implement best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting; drive continuous improvement and innovation in analytics processes.
Delivering Actionable Insights: translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders; support strategic decision‑making with timely insights; develop and maintain a robust insights reporting framework; identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks; oversee audience research to gather comprehensive customer insights.
Stakeholder Management: build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders; serve as trusted advisor with expert insights and recommendations; ensure effective communication and dissemination of insights; represent the insights function in internal and external forums.
Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a senior insights or analytics role, preferably within a global organization.
Proven expertise in leading and integrating siloed analytics programs into a cohesive insights function.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Experience in developing and implementing insights strategies that drive business growth and performance.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI).
Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance considerations.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., Business, Economics, Data Science, Analytics).
Compensation & Benefits

Expected annual base salary range: $185,000 - $250,000. Additional compensation and benefits include comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA), paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) plan, discretionary bonuses, and possible equity and incentive compensation.
