Who You Are

We are looking to bring on two Sr. Brand Managers within our Active Nutrition portfolio. One role will focus on C4‑Preworkout, and the other will support Cellucor & XTEND. While the scope and responsibilities are similar, each role will have dedicated ownership over its respective brands.
Sr. Brand Manager – C4 Pre‑Workout
The steward of the #1 Global Pre‑Workout Brand in sports nutrition. Your mission is to fortify its category position, expand its reach, and lead its next era of dominance. Operate at the intersection of performance science, gym‑floor credibility, and mainstream momentum. Every strategy you shape and every launch you lead fuels athletes from all walks of life.
Sr. Brand Manager – Cellucor & XTEND
Entrusted with two of the most recognized names in sports nutrition: Cellucor and XTEND. Protect their legacy while propelling them into the next era of growth. Sit at the intersection of science, culture, and commerce, sharpening positioning, fueling innovation, and strengthening the brand’s connection with performance‑driven consumers.
What You’re Good At

Develop and champion a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns tightly with business objectives while deepening our connection with performance‑driven consumers.
Steward every facet of the brand from breakthrough new product launches to high‑impact brand campaigns, ensuring disciplined execution and consistent in‑market presence.
Inspire cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive, culture‑relevant campaigns across digital, social, retail, events, and traditional media channels – maximizing reach and brand resonance.
Foster strong cross‑functional partnerships and transparent communication that aligns priorities, removes friction, and turns strategy into coordinated, high‑impact executions.
Establish clear KPIs, translate analytics into action, and continuously optimize initiatives to accelerate growth and increase marketing effectiveness.
Decode market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to uncover whitespace opportunities or proactively address emerging challenges to support the brand’s innovation pipeline.
Embodied and champion the brand voice, values, and ambition internally and externally, inspiring confidence across teams and partners.
What You Contribute

7+ years brand marketing, ideally with a background in the sports nutrition, health & wellness space or consumer products.
1+ years of direct people leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business, marketing, communications, or related field (preferred).
Familiarity with the latest trends in sports nutrition and natural affinity for the health & wellness space.
Experience translating rich consumer insights into actionable and compelling marketing tactics and new innovation opportunities.
Project management skills to manage multiple high‑profile and high‑budget projects at once.
Ability to work collaboratively and cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment where the ability to influence and build relationships is critical.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive personality and careful attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
Self‑starter that can effectively manage time with little to no supervision.
Ability to build strong internal/external relationships.
