What You’ll Be Doing:

Writing performance-driven video ad scripts, hooks, and messaging

Creating copy that directly impacts conversion performance

Collaborating closely with creative, media buying, and marketing teams

Iterating fast, testing angles, improving messaging, and scaling what works

Using AI tools to improve workflow, research, and execution speed

Analyzing competitors, their winning ad concepts, angles, hooks, and messaging patterns

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in copywriting, performance creative, or performance marketing

Strong understanding of direct-response / conversion-focused marketing

Experience writing for video ads and paid social campaigns

Ability to work independently and think beyond AI-generated outputs

Strong communication in Lithuanian and English

A fast-moving, execution-driven mindset

Bonus Points If You:

Have worked with international markets

Come from a strong performance marketing environment

Have experience in high-volume creative testing setups
