What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will sell Companion Animal Health products to veterinarians and support our animal-loving community. You will build a customer base, set your own hours, travel, and develop strong relationships with clients. Compensation includes a base salary of $50,000 and a guaranteed first‑year minimum commission of $70,000, with top producers earning over $300,000 annually.
Essential Functions
- Perform field and promotional work and manage relationships to sell and develop new and existing business.
- Sell all Companion Animal Health product lines, including laser therapy, stance analyzer, and regenerative medicine.
- Work with major accounts, develop new territories or industries, or serve customers whose full market potential is not yet realized.
- Meet and exceed established monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Demonstrate products/services and provide product‑application advice.
- Coordinate company technical engineering services to devise solutions to customer needs.
- Prepare price quotations, communicate or negotiate terms and conditions within authority limits, and write orders per company policy.
- Develop and submit data on marketing trends, competitive products, and pricing; provide marketing reports to management.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales and marketing activities as required.

Travel
This position requires frequent travel, more than 50% of the time. Most travel will be local; some non-local and overnight trips may be required. We reimburse for business‑related expenses and mileage.
Education and Experience
- Preferred minimum of 1 year sales experience.
- Associate's degree preferred; BS/BA in Business Administration or Health Science preferred.
