We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven National Sales Manager to lead their sales strategy, expand the market share, and strengthen the brand presence across the United States.
Position Overview
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building relationships with key accounts, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong background in the professional beauty industry , with a focus on B2B sales, distribution channels, and key partnerships .
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement a national sales strategy to drive growth in the professional beauty market.
- Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, salons, professional hairstylists, and key retail partners .
- New Business Development : Identify and secure new sales opportunities, expanding the brand's presence in the US market.
- Partnerships & Distribution : Work closely with distributors, wholesalers, and salon chains to optimize sales channels and increase brand penetration.
- Marketing & Brand Development : Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting : Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on revenue growth, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Industry Engagement : Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a national or regional sales leadership role within the professional beauty, haircare, or salon industry.
- Strong network and relationships within the professional hair tools market, beauty retailers , salons and distributors
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills .
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Experience managing and growing distributor relationships and B2B partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills , with experience in sales forecasting and market analysis .
- Knowledge of Italian is considered a plus
- Willingness to travel nationally for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
