We are seeking a highly driven, senior-level Global Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing beauty brand within a lean, high-impact team. This role sits at the intersection of product development, brand strategy, and 360 marketing execution , partnering closely with the Senior Marketing Director to bring innovative concepts to life.
This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment—owning the end-to-end lifecycle of product launches while operating as a true brand leader across global markets.

What You’ll Own
- Lead end-to-end product development (PD) from concept through go-to-market, including naming, storytelling, and packaging
- Drive the global innovation pipeline , ensuring commercial viability, timing, and executional excellence
- Build and execute 360 marketing campaigns , partnering across digital, PR, merchandising, and education
- Act as a key connector across cross-functional teams (R&D, Product Development, Finance, Purchasing) and external agencies
- Manage timelines, budgets, and operational processes including briefs, cost of goods, and launch readiness
- Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable product and campaign strategies
- Develop and present senior-level presentations , influencing stakeholders and leadership decisions

- Experienced in beauty or fragrance , with a strong understanding of product development and launch cycles
- Proven track record of successfully launching products from ideation through commercialization

- A natural collaborator who can build strong relationships across global teams (including international partners)
- Equally comfortable in strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in global marketing and/or product development within beauty or fragrance

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint (advanced storytelling skills required)
