  • Base Salary $120,000–$130,000 plus Bonus: $120,000–$130,000 (target) = OTE $240,000-$260,000
  • Commission: Tiered and Uncapped

About the Opportunity

We are partnered with a high-growth, globally backed search firm to hire a senior leader for its Tech Search division. This brand operates as the dedicated technology recruiting arm across multiple high-performing business lines, driving search mandates in Cybersecurity, Software Development, Infrastructure, and now rapidly expanding into AI/ML.

The broader organization has scaled from startup to a global powerhouse with deep financial backing, best-in-class technology, and a highly collaborative multi-brand model that fuels consistent inbound demand and cross-selling opportunities.

The Role

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of 5–7 recruiters (scaling beyond that over time)
  • Run a full 360 desk (business development + recruiting) or operate in a heavily BD-focused capacity
  • Execute on high-value search mandates across Cybersecurity, Software Development, Infrastructure, and AI/ML
  • Capitalize on strong inbound demand and cross-selling opportunities from affiliated business units
  • Drive team revenue toward ~$300K–$350K/month in fees
  • Partner with senior leadership to scale the function and build out team structure
  • Maintain high standards of delivery, client engagement, and candidate quality

Ideal Background

  • 5–10+ years of Tech Search experience
  • Strong track record in Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, or related verticals
  • Proven success running a 360 desk or leading business development efforts
  • Prior leadership experience or clear desire to step into management
  • Experience in permanent search (no contract-focused backgrounds)
  • Based in or willing to commute to New York City (4 days/week)
