Position Overview


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our growing SaaS organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling, high-quality content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and overall marketing initiatives.


This role requires a strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and customer-focused content across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create high-quality written content for blogs, website pages, email campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, social media, sales collateral, and marketing materials.
  • Research industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning to develop relevant and engaging content.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align messaging and brand voice.
  • Develop SEO-friendly content to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Assist with content strategy planning and editorial calendar management.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, grammar, and brand alignment.
  • Support product launches, campaigns, and customer communication initiatives with targeted content.
  • Optimize existing content to improve engagement and conversion performance.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels.
  • Stay updated on SaaS industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and content performance analytics.


Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to simplify technical or complex SaaS concepts into engaging customer-focused messaging.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies.
  • Experience creating content for B2B audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, marketing tools, and collaboration software is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare SaaS, IT SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
  • Familiarity with AI content tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience writing long-form and short-form content across multiple channels.
  • Understanding of lead generation and inbound marketing strategies.
