Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an NYC Account Manager, based in North Brunswick, NJ. As an Account Manager, you will oversee and manage client accounts, cultivating strong business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include managing client communications, project requirements, and contract fulfillment, as well as collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored IT and workforce solutions. You will also analyze client feedback, provide strategic recommendations, and work to achieve business objectives in both customer retention and new client acquisition.
Qualifications Account Management and Client Relations skills, with the ability to establish and sustain strong professional relationships
Project Coordination and Contract Management experience, with the ability to track deliverables and meet deadlines effectively
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills to engage with various stakeholders
Problem-Solving abilities and Strategic Thinking to address client needs and identify opportunities for growth
Industry knowledge in IT Professional Services and Workforce Solutions is a plus
Proficiency in CRM platforms and familiarity with data-driven decision-making
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
